We make the process of securing a placement quick and easy for you. Eight simple steps and you will be involved in an unforgettable experience that will truly give you an edge in life.
- Submit your CV here.
- After we receive your application, our Program Consultant will contact you by e-mail or telephone to schedule an interview/orientation session. The application process is non-competitive. The session is used as a way to get to know you, your goals for the program and to answer any questions you may have
- After your interview, our Program Consultant will discuss with you the details of the program. You will be provided a customized program proposal for you to share with your family, friends and/or faculty advisors.
- Upon your acceptance of the offer, our Program Consultant will then ask you to sign a service agreement with us and pay the registration fee of US$ 150.00 for the Work & Travel program and US$ 250.00 for the Internship & Trainee programs so we can proceed to the next step in the enrolment process. The registration fee is a deposit included in the program fee. It is not an additional expense.
- Once payment of the deposit is made, we will start endorsing and negotiating the CV to our USA partner firms.
- An interview will be schedule with the sponsoring company (normally during night time). Applicant will be interviewed via overseas call or Skype. Each J-1 applicant is required to open a Skype account.
- Once accepted by the J-1 sponsoring company, the necessary documents will be prepared to obtain the DS-2019 form. DS-2019 is a US government document to be issued by Alliance Abroad Group Pilipinas as per authority of USA Department of State necessary for your U.S. embassy visa interview. A training manual will be provided to the successful J1 applicant.
- Upon approval of the DS-2019, a U.S. embassy visa interview will follow
